Service Description
You are looking to purchase a Digital 4-Season Colour Analysis, to discover your WOW colours! You'll receive an emailed PDF document, bespoke to you, with your colour analysis draping 'consultation' clearly explained. The spring, summer, autumn and winter flows are included, so you can see which season suits you best. I explain my analysis so you too can see what I am seeing. I break the colour palette down into neutrals, colour groups and metallics. Each colour grouping, e.g. red, greens, yellows; is modelled on the London College of Style physical fabric draping system that I use. You can purchase a fabric fan from me for £38 (includes UK shipping only) or use the free digital palette that is emailed with your analysis PDF. You will be able to self-analyse in the future using the information I provide. Choosing the clothes that bring your features to life will be a breeze! WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE A 16-page PDF document via email and/or WhatsApp within 5 days. NO PHYSICAL items are shipped. 🌈 An overview of your seasonal flows explaining why I’ve chosen your season. HOW I WORK When you have paid £60 you’ll be able to download the photograph instructions and colour questionnaire. Please email your answers to the questionnaire to debi@debipiper.com Take your photos following the instructions carefully and email them to the same address. I will acknowledge receipt of both and if the images are good enough quality I will send you your bespoke PDF guide within 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday). RECOMMENDATION: PLEASE SEND THE QUESTIONNAIRE AND IMAGES TO ME WITHIN 14 DAYS. IMPORTANT: If your images are not good enough quality for me to analyse, I will ask for new images. The 3-5 days delivery time-line only starts once I have acknowledged receipt of usable images. DISCLAIMER: Your colour analysis is based on the images you send me. If for any reason, the light changes the colour of your skin tone, or you are wearing any form of make-up or fake tan, the results may not be accurate.
Cancellation Policy
Following your booking I'll send you details of the consultation and payment information. To secure your booking please ensure that you pay at least 50% of the booking price 3 days before your consultation. Your booking may be subject to change or cancellation if you fail to do so. Please contact me if you are having difficulties making the payment. If your home or venue is more than a 30 minute drive from Sale, Cheshire – I will charge an additional fee of 45p per mile to cover time and expenses. I will make you aware of this additional charge before the consultation and will ask for the additional payment as part of the fee. To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If for any reason you need to rearrange the appointment, you will not lose your deposit if the appointment can be re-organised within 30 days. If I must cancel the appointment for any reason, I will try to re-book your appointment within 14 days. If a date cannot be arranged I will fully refund you.
